Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Mootraaghaata (BPH)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 50 years & above 80 years Patients suffering from malignancy, congenital deformities of urogenital tract or any other pelvic pathology. Systemic diseases like uncontrolled hypertension (HT) & diabetes mellitus (DM), tuberculosis (TB), Paralysis, Parkinsonism etc. will be excluded.
