Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-60 years. Both gender is included. Pain located between T12 and gluteal folds for atleast 12 weeks. Mechanical pain behaviour caused by postures, activities and movements such as flexion and functional movement tasks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Red flags (neoplastic diseases, infections and fractures) Presenting severe neurological disorders Lumbar stenosis , Spondylolisthesis and Radiculopathy History of spinal surgery Psychiatric, Autoimmune disorders , Respiratory and Cardiac diseases Spinal deformities

To find the correlation between the hip joint restriction measured by goniometry ROM and the functional status will be assessed through the Roland morris disability questionnaire -24 (RMDQ-24) in individuals with chronic non-specific low back pain.Timepoint: 6-12 weeks—
