Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfill the diagnostic criteria of Insomnia with Essential Hypertension(ICD-11) Diagnosis Code- BA00)17 Age in between 30years to 60 yrs18 Both Gender. Those Patients who are on stable doses of Anti hypertensive drugs for more than 6months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known case of chronic heart disease, Accelerated Hypertension, Psychiatric Illness, liver disease, Anxiety or any malignant tumors. Patient using Beta blocker. Pregnant and Lactating women. Patients undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 6 months.

Analysis of the cases will be at baseline, 3rd month, at 6 months.
