Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals aged 18 50 years requiring intraoral injection, with no allergies to betel leaf extract or lignocaine and no active oral infections, ulcers, or mucosal lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to betel leaf extract, lignocaine, or any anesthetic agents. Individuals with systemic conditions that could influence pain perception or healing.
