Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group: 40 65 years of any gender 2.Patients diagnosed with K/L Grade 2 & 3 knee osteoarthritis 3.Radiographic and symptomatic medial tibio-femoral knee osteoarthritis by fulfilment of the criteria by the American College of Rheumatology 4.NPRS- above 4-7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dysfunction in back ,hip or foot 2.Inflammatory joint disease 3.Previous knee injury 4.Chronic widespread pain 5.Psychosomatic changes
