Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients aged 20 70 years with corn foot at the same site for at least 6 months. willing to provide blood samples for investigation consent to photographic documentation for scientific purposes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c Above 9%) History of Peripheral neuropathy History of taking oral steroid History of congenital deformity Pregnant women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Proportion of cases who have ablation of corn foot at the end of the treatment using Ottu EruvaiTimepoint: 60 days or Ablation of corn foot whichever is earlier

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To Monitor the reduction of pain and disability in corn foot patients using The Foot Health Status questionnaire, MFPDI (Manchester foot pain and disability index), Visual analogue scale, and quality of life will be determined by EQ-5D ScaleTimepoint: 60 days or till ablation of corn foot whichever is earlier
