Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-65 years. 2. Scores more than or equal to 4 each on domain one (depression) and domain five (somatic symptoms) of DSM-5 Cross-Cutting Symptom Measure Level 1 3. Ability to understand and adhere to a dietary intervention (low FODMAP diet).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe medical conditions affecting the gastrointestinal system, kidney, or liver function. 2. History of substance use except nicotine. 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
