Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Grade 2/3 OA of KL grading system, if radiographs are not available, then used ACR criteria guidelines, Presence of crepitus during movement, NPRS score between 4-7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous knee surgery or inflammatory arthritis, Neurological conditions affecting balance, Cognitive illness that interfere their ability to perform the exercises or the evaluation tests, Intra articular knee injection of steroids in the past 6 months
