Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age above 45 years(ability to walk independently without assisted device) 2 Both men and women. 3 Subjects with low back pain 4 Pain on VAS scale between 0 TO 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Previous spinal surgery 2 H/o Neurological disorder 3 Using of assistive device. 4 Osteosarcoma. 5 Pregnant Women and children 6 Visual disturbance. 7 Vestibular dysfunction. 8 Pain in VAS scale more than 8.
