Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed chronic respiratory disease (e.g., COPD (GOLD 1 and 2), ILD, asthma, Post TB sequelae, bronchiectasis) 2. Able to walk and perform step exercise 3. Access to a smartphone or mobile for tele-assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent acute respiratory infection or exacerbation 2. Severe musculoskeletal or neurological conditions affecting mobility or Uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases 3. Cognitive impairment preventing test comprehension
