Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with permanent molars. 2.Teeth with deep carious lesion restorable after completion of Direct pulp capping Procedure. 3.Vital pulp tested with cold test and EPT pulp sensibility testing 4.No night awakening pain, no prolonged pain, no throbbing pain. 5.Physically and mentally healthy patients. 5.Patient able to return for periodic controls and consented. 6.Patients ready to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Deep lesions requiring endodontic root canal treatment 2.Non vital pulp 3.Presence of sinus or fistula 4.Immunocompromised patients 5.Pregnant patients 6.Poor oral hygiene 7.Smoking or alcoholism 8.Radiographic evidence of periapical lesion
