Intervention1: Dry Needling: Dry needling along with conventional treatment will be given 3 times a week for 4 weeks and after follow up of 2 weeks total duration of study is 6 weeks Intervention2: IA

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 50yrs or above Male and female Complain of knee pain Pain intensity greater then 3 measured with VAS scale According to Kellgern Lawrence grade 1 to 3 Morning Stiffness lasting 30 min. or more Knee OA since 3 month or longer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent trauma Knee joint infection Skin allergy Un co-operative patients Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome Prolonged Use of Cortico-steroid injections Contraindications of IASTM and dry needling
