In our study we will be including patients with non-specific chronic low back pain. We will be giving lumbo-pelvic rhythm exercises in combination with Structured Art Therapy to its effect on pain and sleep quality.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of chronic low back pain persisting at least 3 months or more than 3 months Age group 18 to 35 years of age Both male and female will be participating in the study Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. (Poor sleep quality (PSQI) score less than or equal to 6) Participants not undergoing any other therapy or taking drugs during the interventional period. Pain scoring on NPRS Scale 5 or more than 5. (Pain score (NPRS less than or equal to 5). Individual not having any structural deformity. Participant voluntarily taking part in the study and signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with visual impairments. Individuals with hand disabilities. Individuals with cognitive impairments. History of any lumbar surgery within 6 months span. Severe primary disease such as cardiovascular, lung, kidney and hematopoietic disease. Mental instability.
