Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40-70 years, Both men and women, Patient have score more than 3 in DNE, Diagnosed case of diabetic neuropathy, Who has an internet connection at home, Berg balance score 20-40, Ankle joint proprioception affected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Visual impairment, Comprehensive deficits, Any musculoskeletal or neurological condition affecting balance, Patient with inability to walk.
