Inclusion criteria: All term and preterm neonates admitted to NICU of BGSGIMS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Babies with congenital malformations 2. Neonates admitted only for phototherapy 3. Babies on prior antibiotics 4. Refusal to give consent
