Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female of age between 20 to 40 years old 6 to 8 weeks after the instrumental vaginal delivery Primiparous mothers Women diagnosed with urinary incontinence in response to UDI 6 questionnaire a score of 33 and above .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Normal delivery Multiple pregnancy Cesarean delivery Postpartum complication in the form of seperation of public symphysis and sacroilliac joints Surgeries, pelvic and spine fracture
