Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Adults: Control, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes b) Paediatrics: Type 1 diabetes, diabetes ketoacidosis subjects. c) Age limit: 5-17 years for paediatric patients and 18-60 years for adult patients d) Pre-diabetes: HbA1C percentage (5.7-6.4); Type 2 diabetes: HbA1C percentage (greater than 6.5); Type 1 diabetes: Already screened and reported by physician; DKA: Actual state

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Previous history of any kind of malignancy. b) Noticeable abnormal renal function. c) Previous history of severe cardiomyopathy, liver diseases, asthma etc. . d) Addiction of smoking, alcohol. e) Taking medications which will alter either glucose or lipid metabolism f) COPD patients
