Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants having complaints of Greevastambha,Greevaruk,Pidanasahatva at Greeva pradesh. 2Participants of either gender between 20 to 70 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any systemic condition which may interfere with the treatment for eg.Known case of Tuberculosis,cancer,etc. 2.Major illness since long time. 3.Need of surgical care for eg.Cervical vertebral fracture.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Rediction in the symptoms of Greevastambha,Greevashool and pidanasahatva at Greeva will be assessed after 7 days of the treatment.Timepoint: The procedure will be done for 7 days and effect will be checked.After that follow up will be taken on 14th day to assess the outcome of the study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To standardize the procedure Abhyanga and Lepa. 2.To study the adverse effect of sthanik katutaila abhyanga followed by Ashwagandha lepa if any.Timepoint: Follow up on 14th day.
