Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants with Non- Specific Chronic low back pain lasting more than 3 months. 2)Participants must work for a minimum of 30-40 hours per week and daily 6-8 hours a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe psychiatric disorders. 2)Person with recent history of spinal surgeries. 3)Not volunteering to participate in study. 4)Participants with low back pain caused by trauma, fractures, or congenital abnormalities. 5)Presence of neurological conditions . 6)Pregnant or lactating individuals.
