Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patient showing signs and symptoms of Prameha such as Prabhuta Mutrata (polyuria),Avila Mutrata(unclear urine) ,Ati-sweda(sweating), Daurbalya(weakness),Pipasa(polydipsia),Kshudavriddhi (Polyphagia) ,Naktamutrata (Nocturnal urination) b. patient already diagnosed with DM type 2 c. Age 40-60 years. d. Patient having their Fasting blood glucose level range of 120 200 mg/dl. e. Post prandial blood glucose level range of 170 - 250 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. IDDM, Acromegaly, Cushing s syndrome and Pancreatic disorder. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Patient with gestational diabetes. 4. Patient suffering from Hepatic dysfunction, Renal dysfunction or Liver cirrhosis. 5. Patient in whom DM is caused as drug induced complication. 6. Those who are under Insulin therapy. 7. Patient with DKA, Lactic acidosis, Sepsis.
