Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injuries with complete anterior cruciate ligament tear on femoral side of age 18 years and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who have no ligament stump remaining and type 4 resorption patients with tibial sided avulsions or tibial sided ACL tear and patients with infective knee arthritis revision surgeries and regenerative arthritis of knee
