Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having pain at anal region, anal spasm, presence or absence of sentinel tag and ulceration in mucosa of anal region during P/R examination will be included. Patients having age 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, economical and marital status will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano) secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Chron s Disease. Known case of - Syphilis, Tuberculosis, Uncontrolled Diabetes, and Carcinoma of rectum. Patients with Fissure with fistula.

The effect of Guduchi ghrita will be accessed with the effect of Shatadhaut Ghrita for local application in parikartika assessment will be done by criteria like Parikartanvat vedana (pain), Burning sensation, P/R Bleeding, Guda kandu (itching), Anal spasm, Wound healing.Timepoint: Patient will be followed up on 5th, 10th, 15th, and then 22nd.
