Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7 and 12 year 2. Children with two upper and lower incisors and the four first permanent molars fully erupted. 3. Children with no medical condition. 4. Children with parent informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who did not cooperate during physical examination or application of the Oral health related quality of life questionnaire. 2. Children with history of trauma. 3. Children with history of orthodontic treatment. 4. Children with physical or mental disabilities. 5. Children who are uncooperative and highly anxious.

The impact of early malocclusion on the oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) among children with mixed dentition and their parents in Rajnandgaon district, Chhattisgarh, India. This will be measured using validated OHRQoL questionnaires tailored for both children and their parents, comparing scores between the case group (children with malocclusion) and the control group (children without malocclusion).Timepoint: on 1st day
