Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers will be selected without any bias of caste, religion or gender following below mentioned criteria: Volunteers between ages of 16 to 50 years. Volunteers who are willing to participate in the study. Volunteers who are Healthy According to Swasthya Assessment Scale (SAS)-Ayurveda based health assessment tool-insights on its development and validation - PMC (nih.gov) Volunteers who are not having any continuous medication for any diseases. Volunteers who have not consent to doctor for last two months. Volunteers who have taken self-medication for maximum upto 3 days to treat self-diagnosed diseases or symptoms like a fever, headache, indigestion or muscular pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers younger than 16 years and older than 50 years age. Volunteers with any type of physical and mental disorder will be exclude. Volunteers who are taking medicine for any diseases like a HTN, diabetic, thyroid, any autoimmune diseases ect..
