Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: Women aged between 18 and 25 years, as this group is typically in their reproductive years and likely to have regular menstrual cycles. Menstrual cycle regularity: Participants should have regular menstrual cycle. informed consent: Participants must be willing to provide informed consent to participate in the study and adhere to the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irregular menstrual cycles Use of hormonal medication Chronic medical conditions affecting physical performance (e.g., cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, musculoskeletal disorders). Recent injury or surgery that affects handgrip strength or physical activity. Highly trained athletes (those engaged in competitive sports or intense training).
