Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with signs and symptoms of Shalyaja Nadi Vrana vis- -vis Pilonidal Sinus. 2.Patients of either sex between age group 20-40 years. 3.Patients fit for Agnikarma. 4.Patients fit for Kshara Karma. 5.Tract length (it may vary from patient to patient)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. 2.Patients with Immune Disorders
