Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing proximal femur surgeries, 2. Either SEX, 3. ASA Grade I and II, 4. BMI less than 35.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal, 2. Patients aged below 18 and above 60 years, 3. Infection at injection site, 4. Allergy to local anesthetics, 5. Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic treatment, 6. Patients having coagulopathy, 7. Patients with any other pathology on the same side of hip and femur fracture, 8. Patients having cardiac pathologies.
