Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 6/6 or better in each eye. 2. Adults aged between 18 and 30 years with normal binocular vision and no history of ocular pathology. 3. Consistent digital screen usage patterns for the past six months, defined as a minimum screen time of not less than 1 hour per day and a maximum variation of not more than 7 hours in daily screen time. 4. Willingness to participate in the vision therapy program and comply with follow-up assessments as per study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of strabismus, amblyopia, or systemic conditions affecting vision. 2. Use of medications influencing accommodation or binocular vision (e.g., antihistamines, anticholinergics, or psychotropic medications). 3. History of recent vision therapy (within the past 12 months).
