Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 )All patients with migraine fulfilling international headache society migraine diagnosis criteria (2018). (ANNEXURE 1) 2 ) Age group 18-65 years in both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Excluding individuals with other primary headache disorders such as cluster headache. 2)Excluding cases of secondary headache conditions (e.g., meningitis, hypertension, intra-cranial space-occupying lesions) diagnosed through thorough history-taking, clinical examination, and available investigations if applicable. 3) Excluding pregnant and lactating women from the study cohort. 4) Excluding individuals with serious illnesses like malignancies and diagnosed neurological diseases. 5) Excluding cases with psychiatric co-morbidities from the analysis.
