Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group: 40 to 75 years. Sex: Both sexes to be included. Known cases of Lumber spondylosis. Patient suffering from chronic Lumbar spondylosis pain for more than 6 weeks. Diagnosed cases of Lumbar spondylosis cases considering symptoms, clinical examination, and radiological investigations will be included for the study (ICD 10 Criteria) On Visual Analogue Scale, VAS more than 4 will be included in the study. Cases who give consent to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal surgery in the past 12 months. Known cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis, Grade III and IV Disc Herniation, Lumbar spinal stenosis. Known cases Spine Fracture, Spinal stenosis, malignancy Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Known cases of Gynecological conditions like Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
