Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic plague psoriasis Patients with plague psoriasis involving more than 10 percent body surface area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pustular psoriasis. 2 Drug induced psoriasis. 3 Patients with Liver disorder. 4 Patients with dyslipidaemia. 5 Hepatitis B/C or HIV infection; patient with lymphoproliferative disorders or malignancy. 6 Patient with Basal/Squamous cell carcinoma or cervical carcinoma in situ. 7 Evidence of prior/ active tuberculosis infection. 8 Use of oral or injectable corticosteroids/ other immunosuppressant s within 4 weeks prior to the first study dose. 9 Pregnancy 10 Lactating female
