Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral heel pain 2.Individuals between 30-50 years of age. 3.Individuals with normal and overweight BMI 4.Onset of heel pain for more than one month 5.Sharp and worsening pain with the first few steps out of bed in the morning. 6.Positive windlass test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individual with any history of lower limb fracture or cancer 2.Individual with recent history of lower limb surgery 3.Individual with any skin condition 4.Pregnant women 5.Individuals having fear of water (Hydrophobia)
