Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group 18-45 years irrespective of gender, caste, religion. with HAM-A Score less than 17

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic diseases like ischemic heart disease, ulcerative colitis etc. Pregnant or lactating mother. Under treatment for any mental disorders.
