Intervention1: Group B- Kinetic Control Training: Participants in group B are receiving Kinetic control training and baseline treatment of a hot, moist pack for 15 minutes, IFT, followed by neck isome

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females Participants clinically diagnosed with cervical derangement Participants with unilateral pain radiation to the arm Age 30-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck surgery Recent history of trauma or fracture Congenital disorder of the cervical spine Psychiatric disease or drug abuse Systemic, metabolic, endocrinological, infectious, disease
