Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Computer operators (from SVDU) using computer more than 4 hours a day and minimum 3-4 days/week. 2.At least working for 1 year on computer 3.Age group of 18-60 years 4.Either male, female and transgender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any restricted elbow range of motion 2.Any recent upper limb fractures. 3.Any recent surgery in cervical region and upper extremity. 4.Congenital deformities of the neck and upper extremities. 5.Neurological disorder that hampers patient s participation in the study like paresis, paresthesia, wrist drop. 6.Any history of inflammatory and degenerative joint disease of upper extremity like frozen shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis. 7.Cardiorespiratory disorders like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
