Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Low anal fistula Subcutaneous tract Patients aged between 18 to 60 yrs Fistula tract less then 3 cm Single fistula tract Patients having complaints like : Pain and itching in the anal region Pain during during bowel movements. pus Discharge, blood, foul smelling, discharge from fistula opening The sensation of itching or irritation around the anal area. Constipation or Diarrhoea. External opening on the skin around the anus. Internal opening within the anal canal. Assessment of surrounding tissue for signs of inflammation or swelling. Presence of abscesses, pus discharge
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pelvi rectal fistula Supralevator Fistula Suprasphinctric fistula Extrasphinctric fistula Multiple fistula tract more than one tract Fistula other than Anorectal HIV VDRL HBsAG Positive Uncontrolled DM & HTN Secondary Fistula from Ulcerative colitis Crohn s disease Tuberculosis CA of Rectum Fistula tract more than 3 cms
