Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skeletally mature patients BMI more than 30 with lumbar disc herniation stenosis with operated TELD, from L1-L2 to L5-S1 disc levels with 12-month follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cauda equina syndrome, Multilevel degenerative stenosis, instability, Tumour or Infection

To analyse the outcomes of Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy in Migrated Disc Prolapse in 161 patients in terms of demographic presentation, Fluoroscopic shoots, duration of Sx, VAS Visual analogue scale, ODI Oswestry disability score, Macnab pain relief score, Complications.Timepoint: 3 month, 6 month, 12 month and the latest final follow up.
