Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 20-65 years 2.Sex- both male & female 3.Having classical signs and symptoms of Grudhrasi i.e.Ruka ,Toda, Stambha Spandan in Sphika Kati Uru Janu Jangha and Pada .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 20 and above 65 years 2.Patient with known case of spinal Patients tumor , severe traumatic injury 3.Cases which need surgical intervention 4.Pregnant / Lactating women
