Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All MD Postgraduate Psychiatry residents posted in the Department of Psychiatry, St Johns Medical College Hospital (SJMCH) for two years from the initiation date of the study, after written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PG residents who are on leave for more than 2 months
