Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with the age group of 44 - 60 years ( WHO) Patient with Serum B12 levels < 200 pg/mL, serum folate levels < 2ng/ml ,presence of macrocytes in peripheral blood smear 5 ( WHO) Patients with the clinical features of Megaloblastic Anaemia( Pandu) Willingness to participate in the survey study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with age group below 44 years and above 60 years Patients with Serum B12 levels >200 pg/mL, serum folate levels > 6ng/ml, absence of macrocytes in peripheral blood smear K/C/O anaemia -acute or chronic blood loss, pernicious anaemia, sideroblastic anaemia, thalassemia 5 Pregnancy, lactating mother's Pre-existing systemic disorders Hypothyroidism, Addison s Disease, Ca Of Stomach, Hypoparathyroidism, Immunoglobulin Deficiency, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes Mellitus, Uraemia, Hepatic Cirrhosis will be assessed based on clinical features 5 H/O surgery prior to assessment On long standing steroidal medications
