Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective or semiemergent upper limb surgeries requiring regional anesthesia (e.g., orthopedic surgeries, hand surgeries). ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II. Informed consent obtained from the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to local anesthetics or any component of the injection. Infection at the injection site or systemic infection. History of neurological disorders affecting the upper limb. Coagulation disorders or patients on anticoagulation therapy. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia (e.g., severe cardiac or respiratory insufficiency). Patients who refuse to participate or are unable to provide informed consent.
