MeasureTime frame
This is an observational study, no interventions. standardize the lifestyle behaviour of medical students - sleep,diet, physical activity with the help of questionnaires,PSQI for sleep,GPAQ for physical activity and The Adolescent diet questionnaire to assess dietary habits. The data will be collected from first year students and Interns. The data will be compared. It is expected that there will be a decrease in the scores in the intern batch as compared to the first year students.Timepoint: One year

MeasureTime frame
HbA1c, lipid profile,BMI, weight, skin fold thickness & waist hip ratio. All this data would be collected from first year students & Interns. We expect the parameters to be better in the first year students.Timepoint: One year
