Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia and Acute Myeloid Leukemia type of the age 18 years and older. Receiving treatment at AIIMS, New Delhi. Have access to a smartphone and are willing to use a mobile health-based app MedPANDA . Able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairments that hinder app usage. Non-compliance with treatment or unwillingness to participate. Lack of smartphone access or digital litera

To assess the effectiveness of mobile health based app MedPANDA on improving symptomatic self management and medication adherence among the patients with leukaemia in intervention group in comparison with control groupTimepoint: baseline 2 weeks 4 weeks and 6 weeks symptoms and adherence to medications will be assessed at these time points
