Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-25 years 2. Students with forward head with CVA less than 50 3. Students with rounded shoulder by checking the scapular index 4. Moderate to high smartphone dependency using the SAS-SV (females with more than 33 and males with more than 31 score) 5. Both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing Shoulder or Upper Limb Injury 2. Neurological Conditions 3. Students undergoing other physiotherapy treatment 4. Severe Musculoskeletal Deformities 5. Students with any injury to the hand
