Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women in their second trimester 13 27 weeks of gestation will be included Pregnant Women aged 18 40 years will be included Participants must have a signal fetus or multiple pregnancies will be included Participants must be experiencing self reported musculoskeletal discomfort example back pain pelvic girdle pain or joint stiffness Women must be willing to adhere to the exercise program and attend follow up assessments Participants must obtain medical clearance from their obstetrician to engage in an exercise program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, gestational diabetes, hypertension, or any other complications that may restrict physical activity Women with a previous history of preterm labor or pregnancy complications. Pre-existing Musculoskeletal Disorders: Women with severe musculoskeletal conditions, such as severe scoliosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or herniated discs. Medical Conditions Limiting Exercise: Women diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or respiratory disorders. Recent Surgery or Injury: Women who have undergone recent fractures, surgeries, or major injuries affecting mobility. Women with severe anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions that may affect adherence to the program
