Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female participants aged 18 to 25 years Postural deficits identified through APECS Posture Analysis App indicating misalignments and posture deviations confirmed by standardized assessment technique Abdomen Core muscles confirmed by MMT grade less than or equal to 3 Diaphragm weakness confirmed by MMT with a grade of less than or equal to 3 with Using standard weight of 3kg Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent abdominal or spinal surgery 6 months to 1 year respectively Diagnosed musculoskeletal scoliosis moderate or severe neurological like Cerebral palsy Peripheral neuropathy or cardiopulmonary disorders Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease as in COPD Congenital Heart Defects etc Pregnancy or less than 6 months postpartum. Any prior participation in diaphragmatic or core muscle training programs within the last 6 months
