Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of age 18 to 40 yrs irrespective of marital status Patient having cardinal symptoms of Asrigdara like Atirajastrava Atyadhik Rajastrava Adhoudarshoola Daurbalya Voluntary willing Patient with informed written consent Patient irrespective of religion cost socioeconomic status occupation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age -Below 18 and above 40 Patient having IUCD Known case of malignancy Patient having Indications for surgical intervention Known case of HIV HBsAg HCV and STDs Patient having a systemic illness such as TB and HTN Patient having acute systemic illness and bleeding disorders Patient having Hb less than 8 gm per dl
