Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There were in the age range 18-25 year who travelled at least five days a week using the modes of transports like car, Bus, Train , Auto rickshaw , Scooter , etc. for a duration of at least more than 15 min per day .The study included Patients Suffering from motion sickness . Criteria Based Pure Motion Sickness Individual Both Male And Female age between (18-25 years) Had a history of motion sickness Had a score of 15 or more on Motion sickness Susceptibility Questionnaire - short-form ( MSSQ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ear Infection Cerebellar ataxia Parkinson disease Vestibular impairments BPPV Vertigo Hearing Loss Meniere s disease Those who have had an episode of recent ear infection in the past six weeks as well as those not willing to participate were excluded from this study Blindness Seasickness ,Stimulator Sickness
