Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 20 years to 70 years with complaints of Karna Badhirya (SNHL) 2. Karna Badhirya (SNHL) with intact ear drum. 3. Patients attending OPD & IPD are taken for study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjective features of impaired hearing with associated symptoms, vertigo (giddiness), and earache are excluded. 2. Patients below the age group of 20 years and above 70 years. 3. Congenital sensorineural hearing loss. 4. Perforated ear drum. 5. CSOM patients 6. Patients with systemic diseases.
