Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients will be included as per the standard clinical criteria of DPN and clinical checklist for autonomic neuropathy 2.Age 18 years and above 3.All genders 4.Patients with or without taking any oral hypoglycaemic agents 5.Patient with vitamin B12 deficiency will be given correction and can be included after correction and if autonomic symptoms are present then those cases will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with other complications such as Chronic Kidney Diseases, Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Pernicious Anaemia
